Tsuki Rocketto is a physical theatre company, inspired by the circus.
The work is interested in the silence of the spoken word and aims to develop movement based languages.
Tsuki is the moon, it is also what is deep inside, and that we cast out from within. Rock is the rock, to sway, to dance. Rocket is a projectile but before that it stood still, 'rocca' started with fibres, a long wooden stick upon which was wound natural fibres waiting to be spun, the thread is the weft, the link that binds the cloth, tells the story, and the stick... we threw it... so high we reached for the moon.
